About me
I’m a vocal student at the Academy of Music Franz Liszt Budapest, my master is Andrea Meláth, previously Atilla Kiss B. I sing in Purcell Choir Budapest. Since 2013 I have been singing in the Hungarian Radio Choir as a tenor. In 2012 I started studying classical singing with Boldizsár Keönch. During my studies I also participated in the master classes of Júlia Hamari, Anna Korondi, Krisztina Laki, Dénes Gulyás, Miklós Király and György Vashegyi.
In the 2017-2018 season, on behalf of the Hungarian Kodály Society, we held Kodály ballad evenings in the big cities of Hungary. At the request of the Hungarian State Opera, I sang one of the leading role in Paul Hindemith’s piece Hin Und Zurück. In spring 2018, we presented Stravinsky’s Renard, with Gregory Vajda conducting the Hungarian Radio Orchestra. I was fortunate enough to present Gregory’s own opera (Georgia Bottoms), which premiered in Europe in October 2017. During the Kodály Year, we performed the great master’s ballads and songs with my colleagues in the Glass Hall of the MÜPA. In 2017 fall, we had a successful concert with students of the Academy of Music and students of the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin. I regularly perform at summer festivals around Balaton, playing Mozart singspiels.
I mainly sing german Lied of romantic german and hungarian composers.
Since 2006 I have been a reformed chanter. Previously in Nagykovácsi, currently in Budapest.
